A more user-friendly parking payment option, which allows drivers to leave first and pay later, has expanded its coverage to the entire city by the end of November, but a few has not yet known.

To encourage more drivers’adoption of the new method, an extra 20 percent off on the fees is offered by 124 parking lots in HZ, if the users had activated their accounts in Alipay’s “杭州便捷泊车”(Hangzhou Easy Parking) tab before payments.

The new upgraded payment system has proved to both build better the drivers’parking experience, and reduce more parking congestionin 3400 parking lots than the already-convenient parking payment system, in which fees are paid by scanning the QR codes.
