The National Conference for the Commendation of Spiritual Civilization Construction was held in Beijing on 20th November. Hangzhou receives the honor of National Civilized City four years in a row. Besides, this is the first time Jiande has won the honor. It’s worth mentioning that Hangzhou and Tonglu County are on the list of top 33 National Civilized Cities (Districts) praised by the Central Civilization Office for the good result in the review.
