The opening ceremony of 2020 Hangzhou International Human Resources Exchanges and Cooperation Conference was held on the morning of 8th November. Hangzhou has introduced 24 top talents, who are Nobel Prize winners and academicians, from all over the world this year. And 309,000 college graduates under 35 have been newly introduced between January and October, increasing by 45.84% compared to the total number of introduced college graduates last year.
