The opening ceremony of the 16^th China International Cartoon & Animation Festival is held today. Centering on the theme of “Enjoy an Intelligent Future in the Capital of Cartoon & Animation”, this year the event will be observed at one major venue and 11 sub-venues online and offline. Over 40 activities will be held, covering 5 areas including conventions, forums, business, competitions and activities.
