Kunming People’s Government signed Hupan University Yunnan Branch Cooperation Framework Agreement with Hupan University on 25^th August. Centering on Southwest China and radiating to South Asia and Southeast Asia, both sides will enhance the project and make efforts to cultivate excellent talents for the economic development of Yunnan, Southwest China, South Asia, and Southeast Asia.
