Westlake University held its 2020 Doctoral Candidates Opening Ceremony on 23^rd August. This year 274 doctoral candidates will start a brand new journey here, including 27 overseas college students from Imperial College London, Duke University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and other famous universities, which occupy 10% of the total number of doctoral candidates.
