This is the sixth anniversary of the Grand Canal’s successful application for the list of world heritage. The 4th Hangzhou Grand Canal World Cultural Heritage Protection Promotion Week started on 21st June, dialoguing with Hangzhou citizens around the Grand Canal through “cloud travelling”, live broadcasting and interaction, and guiding netizens to experience the traditional folk customs, painting, paper cutting, Chinese folk arts, and other cultural activities. Besides, “Yunyou Yunhe” (Travel around the Grand Canal on Cloud) app was launched yesterday.
