The given practice, with an investment of roughly RMB 6.8 billion yuan, will benefit over 150 thousand households covering a renovation area of more than 12 million square meters. So far, 25 such communities have been basically completed, 42 ones are under way, and 160 have received their approvals or bid inviting, while the rest are under further improvements of plans.
