At present, Zhejiang province is facing the risk of COVID-19 spread due to the multi-point input of the epidemic outside the province, the risk of re-outbreak due to population gathering and mobility, and the potential risk from asymptomatic infected people, so epidemic prevention and control cannot be slackened. Here comes a list of policies to reinforce the epidemic prevention and control in Zhejiang.

First, to promote the safe conversion of the health code of people from Wuhan to Zhejiang.

Second, to improve the regularization of the precision intelligent control mechanism. According to the epidemic prevention and control situation and changes in the control system, in order to further prevent external and internal epidemic spread, Zhejiang province has once again iterated the epidemic prevention and control evaluation system and built the precision intelligent control index version 4.0.

Third, to ensure a smooth and orderly start of school. Zhejiang province actively carries out "big data + grid management" campus precision intelligent control. This system has reduced gatherings in schools, implemented class-based grid management, suspended large-scale collective activities, and implemented staggered meals and school leaving.

Fourth, to strengthen efforts to stimulate economic and social cycle. While resuming production in a comprehensive and orderly manner, Zhejiang province focuses on the digital transformation of manufacturing, attaches great importance to the establishment of "1 + N" industrial Internet platform system, and accelerates the construction of 5G base stations to realize full coverage of 5G in all counties and cities of the province.

Zhejiang province has introduced 30 initiatives to optimize the business environment in 2020 and implemented and deepened the facilitation plans of “10 + N” to optimize the business environment. At the same time, Zhejiang province has strengthened the reform of the "Average Per Mu Counts” and improved the social credit system.
