On the morning of April 8, He Hailun, an employee at Wenzhou Railway South Station Integrated Management Center began his busy work. This is the first day when Wuhan has lifted the ban on leaving Wuhan and Hubei. Today, nearly a hundred tourists from Wuhan will come to Zhejiang.
At 1:31 p.m., with a sharp brake sound, the G2035 train slowly entered into Wenzhou South Station. At the triage area of Wenzhou South Station’s exit, more than 40 staff guided the passengers coming to Zhejiang to exit the station in an enthusiastic and orderly manner. The buses to depart for different counties, cities and districts were ready to transport these passengers to the integrated service point for nucleic acid testing.
Mr. Yang, a Wuhan native, is a passenger on the train and he works in a garment factory in Ouhai District, Wenzhou. He was soon out of the station with the help of the staff at the triage area. He told the reporter that he felt at ease on the journey to Zhejiang since he had been living in Zhejiang for more than ten years and had long considered it his second hometown.
The same scene happened at the Hao Li Hotel on Qutao Road in Jianggan District, Hangzhou. The hotel is one of the 28 integrated service points for nucleic acid and serum testing points for COVID-19 in Hangzhou. Many of those who come to Zhejiang from Wuhan today are people who have been working, studying and living in Hangzhou for a long time, and the considerate service of the point staff makes them feel quite at ease.
To provide better service, the point announced the hotline the previous day. Hu Wujie, a staff member of the Jianggan District Health Bureau stationed at the point, told the reporter that since the previous day, numerous people had made telephone calls to the point. "We answered all the questions that people were concerned about."
It can be seen that at the information registration area, people who had been tested for viral nucleic acid and serum over the past seven days only needed to present the relevant test report and submit it to the staff for verification, so they were free from tedious and repeated testing. "It only takes about 15 minutes to walk through all the procedures. We cooperated with each other well and the testing was highly efficient." Hu Wujie said.
Considering that most of the people coming to Zhejiang are in a hurry during the daytime and are extremely tired, the service point deliberately conducts the nucleic acid testing and serum testing at 6 p.m. An official in charge of the Health Bureau of Jianggan District, Hangzhou, said: "We are a big family and should work together to fight the pandemic until the final victory!”
