The final and awarding ceremony of the 2021 eBay National Cross-border E-commerce Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition took place in Gongshu district, Hangzhou from Oct 26 to 27.

Since December 2020, the competition has attracted 2,560 teams from 288 universities. Six winners of the final competition were awarded with subsidies of up to 100,000 yuan and four of them won contracts from investors during the awarding ceremony.

Zheng Changqing, general manager of eBay's cross-border commerce division in China, reviewed the competition. He added that the e-commerce industry is in urgent need of high-end talents and eBay will be committed to help guide more students into the business.
