Statistics have shown that a total of more than 5 bn yuan has been fuelled in Hangzhou by releasing coupons on Alipay, of which cancellation after verification ones have contributed over 60 million to immediate promotion of over 1 billion, with a leverage ratio higher than 1:15. With the coupon-based stimulus, 90 percent of night business picked up, almost as robust as the same span in the year earlier, as the consumption data registering a rise of twenty percent.
