Shopee, a leading online platform in Southeast Asia, has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Hangzhou, for the strategic partnership. With centers to be built in Hangzhou for operation & logistics, Shopee will, together with the local government and tertiary institutions, start YANGFAN Scheme & Young Scheme-talent cultivating in cross-border e-commerce.
