Vocational Education Group of National Cross-Border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone has been set up in Hangzhou lately. Also, the Group is the first one exclusively incorporated in the state regional strategy plans, with the member units including 24 pilot zones in 34 municipal vocational colleges.

Training Guidelines for Cross-Border E-commercewas issued on the same day, along with the announcement that a series of teaching materials would be produced in the concerted efforts namely from Alibaba Group and Hangzhou Vocational & Technical College.
