The collar beams of the main piers of Qiantang River Xinjian Bridge have all been casted and the steel beams used for bridge floor assembly have been pushed and connected from both south and north end synchronically. Since the project is more than half way through its progress, it is predicted that the middle span closure will be conducted this June and the main structure will be basically finished by the end of September.
