West Hangzhou belt double-track railway, after three years of construction, will start operation officially on 22nd December. Consisting of Huzhou section and Hangzhou-Shaoxing section, this railway is a key program of China’s “13th Five-Year” plan, an essential part of national freeway network and the loop line surrounding Hangzhou metropolitan economic circle, and also a key supporting transport program for 2022 Asian Games.
