A Shaoxing’s team who is responsible for the preparation of baseball games in Hangzhou Asian Games made a detailed report on the construction progress of venues, organization plan and schedule of the venue’s operation team, equipment procurement, operation plan for venues, game service during the event and other matters. Then, they discussed about the problems in the present condition and made plans and arrangements for the following work. Particularly, they made a detailed introduction to the baseball and softball test events tentatively scheduled for late May and early June. The Chinese Baseball Association said that the test event is of great significance to Shaoxing, since it can exercise the operation teams in order to test the integrated ability of this team, to test the actual combat capability of the sports organization team and all professional support teams. The Chinese Baseball Association also expressed its hope for a complete test conducted by the Shaoxing’s team of baseball games preparation according to the requirements of the Asian Games, as well as its willingness to support that.
