Hangzhou Public Library opened a branch in China Cartoon & Animation Museum on Jan 19. 

The joint venture covers 556 square meters on the museum's third floor. It is designed to collect cartoon-themed books and promote animation culture.

They library opens to the public free of charge but online reservations made through the museum's official WeChat account "CCAMuseum" are required.
