Editor's note: There are 57 venues being prepared for the 19th Asian Games and 4th Asian Para Games, among which 12 are newly built, 27 are renovated, nine are renewed, and nine are temporary. In this series, we will explore the venues and discover their unique charm.

Here are the venues that located in universities.

Located in in Qiantang district, the Hangzhou Dianzi University Gymnasium looks like a UFO. It will host the fencing competitions of the Games. 

Located in Xihu district, the Zhejiang University Zijingang Gymnasium looks like a radar dish. It will host some of the Games' basketball competitions. 

Located in Qiantang district, the Zhejiang Gongshang University Sports Center looks like a pair of sunflowers. It will host the Games' handball competitions.

The Hangzhou Normal University Cangqian Venue Cluster in Yuhang district is designed to look like an ancient Chinese academy.

The Zhejiang University of Technology Pingfeng Cricket Field in Xihu district will function as a soccer pitch for students after the Games.

The Zhejiang Normal University Xiaoshan Stadium is designed like a cube covered with waterfalls. It will host the women's handball competitions.

The Zhejiang Normal University East Stadium in Jinhua will host the group matches of the Games' soccer competition.
