The opening ceremony of the 17th China International Cartoon & Animation Festival was held yesterday. Preliminary statistics show that more than 50 countries and regions have been attracted to this year’s CICAF. 118 leading ACG enterprises from home and abroad, including CCTV Animation, Tencent Interactive Entertainment, and TV TOKYO, attended the CICAF Industry Expo. The Golden Monkey King Awards Ceremony was held on the same evening, collecting 1,176 original cartoon and animation works from 16 countries and regions.
