The 17th China International Cartoon & Animation Festival will be held between 28th September and 4th October by the White Horse Lake, Binjiang, Hangzhou. This year the festival will organize exhibitions, authoritative forums, brand-based competitions, commercial trades, and large-scale activities both online and offline on the basis of strict epidemic prevention and control to introduce the latest achievements, development tendency, and frontier trends of China’s cartoon and animation industry.
