The 17th China International Cartoon & Animation Festival will be held, both online and offline, from 29th September to 4th October, 2021. The offline main venue is settled in White Horse Lake, Binjiang, Hangzhou and the ten sub-venues are scattered in different districts and counties/prefecture-level cities as well as Hangzhou Youth and Children’s Center. Sticking to the tenet of “A grand gathering of carton and animation, a festival for people” and themed by “A new era of common prosperity, a future created by cartoon and animation”, this year’s CICAF is divided into five sections: exhibitions, brand competitions, authoritative forums, business transactions, and large-scale activities.
