Wang Yiming is a classic Chinese painting enthusiast. Different from traditional paintings that focus mainly on landscapes, flowers and birds, Wang's paintings pay more attention to daily lives.

After retirement, he would take a walk around his residential community every day and take down the warm moments into classic Chinese painting.

Wang said that paintings should reflect the spirit of the times. "We need to use our brush pens to showcase the beautiful things happening in our lives," he said.
