Construction of the cycling stadium for the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 nears completion.

The stadium, covering 24,800 sq meters, is located near the Qiandao Lake scenic area. It has a standard indoor cycling race track with a circumference of 250 meters and it can accommodate about 6,000 audiences.

The construction started since April 30, 2019. It is now 90 percent accomplished and is expected to be completed by the end of April.

As one of the venues for the 19th Asian Games, the entire construction project in Chun'an county includes a new cycling stadium, five other venues and villages for athletes, media and technical officers.

Chun'an is going to host six events, including track cycling, cycling BMX, mountain bicycle, road bicycle, triathlon and open water swimming.
