From Jan 27, passengers who have bought flight tickets traveling during the Spring Festival travel rush(Jan 28 to Mar 8) can make cancellations with a full refund or one change without a fee, according to Civil Aviation's Notification Administration of China.

Cancellation rules:

1. Passengers who have bought tickets traveling between Jan 28 and Feb 3 can cancel their tickets with a full refund or change the date at least once with free charge.

2. Passengers who have bought tickets traveling between Feb 4 and Mar 8 can make cancellations with a full refund or one change without a free at least 7 days before departure.
