Hangzhou Metro Project (Phase IV) includes Lines 9, 12, 15 and 18. About 80 stations enter the main construction stage, with a total mileage of nearly 152.9 km, expected to be successively operated in 2027.

The Metro Line 9 (Phase II) is from Long’an Station to Tangqi Station, expected to be opened by the end of 2026. The Metro Line 15 from Xiaoshan to Yuhang will be completed and operated by the end of December, 2027. The western extension section of the Metro Line 4 (Phase III) starts from Chihua Street Station, and ends at Yungu Station, strengthening the connection between Chengxi Sci-tech Innovation Corridor and the main urban area, expected to be finished and opened by the end of September, 2027.
