2025 Hangzhou Michelin Guidewas released on May 8. In Hangzhou, 77 restaurants are included on the list.

"Ru Yuan", a restaurant providing Hangzhou Cuisine, is promoted to thefirst restaurant with two Michelinstars in Hangzhou. This restaurant innovatively cooks classic dishes such as West Lake Fish in Vinegar Gravy, and Fried Prawns with Longjing Tea, and is recognized by the review panel.

Gwendal Poullennec, the international director of Michelin Guide, said: "The catering industry of Hangzhou presents the trend of global flavor & Hangzhou expression, which is surprising. The quantity and quality of new restaurants are improved simultaneously."
