On April 1, Hangzhou Development and Reform Commission released Action Plan of Hangzhou on Effectively Reducing the Logistics Costs of the Whole Society (Exposure Draft).

According to the action plan, by 2027, Hangzhou will reduce the ratio of the total logistics costs to GDP to about 12%, build 40 drone take-off & landing fields, add 100 low-altitude flight routes, and strive to open 30 new international routes, and it will operate more than 28 all-cargo routes.

In addition, Hangzhou will increase the logistics hub nodes, promote the development of aviation logistics, and cultivate the leading logistics enterprises. Moreover, it will encourage the development of new models such as low-altitude economy and autonomous driving, boosting the application of drones and unmanned vehicles in the logistics delivery field.
