Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou High-speed Railway will start operation on December 26. It is the first time for Hangzhouxi Railway Station to operate the direct high-speed train to Shanghai. The fastest travel time from Hangzhouxi Railway Station to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station is 78 minutes.

With a designed speed of 350 km/h, this high-speed railway sets up eight railway stations, connecting Shanghai, Suzhou, and Huzhou. The fastest travel time from Shanghai to Huzhou is 55 minutes, which is 55 minutes less than that of the original route.
