On December 22, the annual number of passengers transported by the railway stations in Hangzhou exceeded 100 million for the first time, hitting a new high.

With the opening of Hefei-Hangzhou, Hangzhou-Nanchang, Hangzhou-Taizhou, Hangzhou-Wenzhou and other high-speed railways, Hangzhou's railway stations have added seven new railway stations, including Fuyang, Tonglu, Jiande, Qiandaohu, Hangzhouxi, Fuyangxi and Tongludong. The operating mileage has been extended to 553.3 km.
