A few days ago, 2023 China Medical Artificial Intelligence Conference kicked off in Xihu District, Hangzhou, featuring keynote reports, achievements release, roundtable forums.

At the press conference on clinical research achievements of ultrasound artificial intelligence, it was announced that China’s first ultrasound artificial intelligence medical device certificate (Class III) was approved. This product was independently developed by a medical technology company in Zhejiang, marking an breakthrough in the field of medical diagnosis through application of artificial intelligence.

Moreover, the conference also released representative medical artificial intelligence algorithms developed by esteemed medical experts from Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Southern University of Science and Technology.

At the forum, the experts focused on implementation and application of medical artificial intelligence, and conducted exchange in three aspects including policy and regulation, pricing and medical insurance, and database construction.
