2023 Hangzhou International Human Resources Exchange and Cooperation Conference was successfully held in Hangzhou on November 12-14. With a theme of "opening-up, cooperation, innovation and entrepreneurship", the conference provided a platform for domestic & overseas talents to engage in various activities and exchanges.

The event encompassed about 50 activities, including Chinese Overseas Students Forum, Foreign Talent Innovation Achievements Exhibition and Project Communication Meeting, Overseas High-level Talent Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition, and Rural Talent Revitalization & Common Prosperity Promotion Conference. 

The conference highlighted international talents in Hangzhou. Thereinto, Chinese Overseas Students Forum, hosted for four consecutive years, was themed by "studying abroad and serving the country", featuring keynote speeches, and special topic forums.

Find HZ, a new activity for overseas talents, was held for more exchange and cooperation between overseas young scholars and foreign experts in Hangzhou.

Moreover, the West Lake Dialogue focused on historical charm of Hangzhou, attracting international experts and youths to exchange with each other, which contributes to improve Hangzhou’s international appeal.
