The certificate of origin is the important evidence to enjoy import tariff relief and other preferential treatment. Hangzhou Customs launches "RCEP Intelligent Service Platform" to help enterprises quickly enjoy the optimal origin policy. From January to July, Hangzhou Customs issued 246,300 certificates of origin for China-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement so that the enterprises enjoyed the tariff reduction and exemption of about 5.2 billion yuan when importing and exporting the goods from ASEAN countries.
