In the first half of this year, Hangzhou’s industrial investment displayed a strong growth trend. The fixed-asset investment in Fuyang District had an increase of 30.6%, ranking the first in Hangzhou. Why did investors choose Fuyang?

The good ecological environment attracted the attention of tourism investors. In June this year, Zhejiang Yongyao Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. invested 900 million yuan to build the hot spring resort hotel in Fuyang. In the first half of the year, Fuyang accumulatively introduced 65 industrial projects, with a total investment of more than 40 billion yuan. 

Another factor is Fuyang’s promising business environment. From investment project approval to commencement, the number of items involved in the approval process is reduced by 13. The average approval time for general enterprise investment projects is shortened to 46.25 days. In recent years, Hangzhou-Huangshan High-speed Railway, Huzhou-Hangzhou High-speed Railway, Metro Line 6, Rainbow Fast Road, Fuchun Bay Avenue and other projects improve the traffic conditions of Fuyang to provide convenience for talents and projects.
