Since the beginning of the year, multiple urban districts in Hangzhou have signed the comprehensive strategic cooperation agreements with Alibaba. Considering their own advantages, all districts have launched different levels of cooperation with Alibaba, to jointly promote the second peak of the digital economy in Hangzhou, and reshape No. 1 Digital Economy City of China.

Through the cooperation with Alibaba, Binjiang District boosts the development of cross-border e-commerce platforms including AliExpress; Yuhang aims to build the new center as the source of scientific and technological innovation; Linping District depends on the advantage of digital technology to advance the platform economy; Xihu District focuses on creating Digital Xihu to improve the social governance and public service capacities of Xihu District.
