With the rapid rebound of cross-border e-commerce industry, foreign language streamers, international legal affair specialists and operators have become popular and are well sought after by enterprises. 

In Yuhang District of Hangzhou, the governments, parks and cross-border e-commerce enterprises are actively seeking ways to recruit and cultivate foreign language streamers to introduce more domestic goods to the overseas markets. 

As the first cross-border e-commerce live streaming enterprise in Hangzhou, Heijiao Technology has expanded business to more than a dozen countries, including UK, USA and Russia, and tried to launch local live streaming in UK and Philippines. 

Some enterprises directly cooperate with universities and provide live streaming training for enrolled students. Both the local live streaming and campus training aim to cultivate foreign language live streaming professionals. 

The government also provides the relevant support. Yuhang Government will provide subsidy for professional training institutions that are engaged in the cultivation of e-commerce professionals and support talent accreditation for e-commerce and live streamers to enhance the new driving force and soft strength for the development of cross-border e-commerce industry.
