As a well-known higher education institution of China, Zhejiang Conservatory of Music (ZJCM) in Hangzhou has recently founded the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and the Overseas Chinese Students Association and has employed eight international maestros to introduce overseas talents to discover and cultivate music talents. 

In recent years, ZJCM has attached great importance to the introduction, cultivation, use and retention of overseas talents and has makes remarkable acheivements. It has introduced and cultivated 140 high-level overseas talents, pooled more musical resources and enrolled a large number of outstanding students.
