Hangzhou has recently released the list and operating methods of the first 29 recognized international vocational qualification (IVQ) certificates in the biomedical field. The city will pilot the IVQ certificate recognition in Qiantang District and strive to upgrade the internationalization of the talent ecology in Hangzhou. 

The first batch of recognized IVQ certificates released this time mainly focused on biomedical industry and involved a number of IVQ fields, such as international medical technicians, international biomolecular technicians, and registered clinical research assistants, covering multiple countries and regions like USA, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong.

Next, Hangzhou will establish a mechanism for the dynamic adjustment of the list, optimize the process for professional title review and encourage international professionals to start a business in Hangzhou.
