With the COVID-19 pandemic basically under control nationwide and the arrival of high season for summer tourism, the average daily incoming and outgoing passenger flow of Hangzhounan Station has climbed to 20,000 person-times from late June to early July, basically on a level with a year earlier. The number is still on the rise with the arrival of the summer traffic rush.

To better serve the passengers, four display panels with colorful notes bearing information of Hangzhou’s top 18 routes have been provided at the east and west exits of Hangzhounan Station, as well as at the entrance of East Square Metro Station. Also, the station provides first aid materials for heatstroke and other summer diseases for passengers in need.
