Hangzhou announced lately that since June 25, for residents in Hangzhou, the interval between the two normalized nucleic acid tests for COVID-19 has been extended from 72 hours to 7 days. Passengers from low-risk areas need a negative nucleic acid test report within 7 days before entering Hangzhou. Passengers from medium or high-risk areas need negative results of a Nucleic Acid Test and an Antigen Test upon arrival.

Hangzhou issued the second batch of consumption coupons on June 24 worth a total of 185 million yuan through Alipay App. Up to July 3, the valid date, Hangzhou digital consumption coupons had directly driven consumption of more than 2.2 billion yuan. The two rounds of stimulations had boosted consumption by over 3.3 billion yuan in total.

Hangzhou residents are now able to enjoy a total maximum of 10,000 yuan in subsidies when buying electric cars valued over 300,000 yuan from June to December. A subsidy of 6,000 yuan will be offered when purchasing cars priced between 200,000 and 300,000 yuan and a 2000-yuan subsidy when purchasing cars priced below 200,000 yuan.
