With the theme of "building a safe and credible digital world", the West Lake Cyber Security Conference 2022 was held in Hangzhou on July 2 for the professionals to explore the road to a safe and credible digital world. 

White Paper on Urban Digital Cyber Security Evaluation Index (2022), which was officially released at the conference, put forward the concept and the standards for the evaluation of the "digital city cyber security evaluation index", providing reference for establishing evaluation index system for the development of digital city from the dimension of security. Hangzhou, with its strong comprehensive strength, entered the first echelon of the rank, together with Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, in the overall evaluation results. Also, Hangzhou performed well in digital city cyber security management and operation.
