As a geography teacher in Grade 7, with about seven years of teaching experience, Shen Tuwei took full advantage of geographical atlases and cultivated students' ability to read pictures independently while breaking through the key and difficult points of the course.

In addition, Hangzhou also actively invited the off-campus educational experts to carry out the "remote teaching" for teachers in Akesu. The lectures by famous teachers can realize the empowerment for teachers, focus on "teaching & research combination, quality improvement and burden reduction", and give the in-depth and detailed explanation on how to write teaching cases, so as to help teachers clarify their ideas and broaden their horizons in improving the writing skills.
