Here’s a good news for Hangzhou on World Consumer Rights Day, which falls on March 15. According to the newly-releasedCustomer Satisfaction in 100 Cities (2021), Hangzhou got a score of 87.34, ranking second among 100 Chinese cities and first in Zhejiang three years in a row.
