Hua Theatre, an independently-established film and TV export platform on the world’s major video website, has attracted more than five million overseas subscribers. A Hangzhou case named “China (Zhejiang) International Cooperation Zone for Film and TV Industry: Promote the Export of Film and TV Service Taking Advantage of Digital New Media” is among the first batch of innovation practice cases of national cultural export newly released by four state-level departments, including the Ministry of Commerce and the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The case has now become an example of foreign cultural trade.
