The 4^th China Quality Conference kicked off in Hangzhou on 16^th September. Why was Hangzhou chosen as the host city this year? The capital city of Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou has taken three “leaps” – a city revitalized by quality, a city boosted by quality, and a city of quality – during the past years centering on the construction of “No.1 city of digital economy” and “No.1 city of digital governance”. It has been rated at class A in the quality inspection of Zhejiang Province six years in a row, taking a lead in the whole province, and even the whole country, in multiple quality-related areas.
