Innovation is the primary drive that leads development. Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Awarding Conference was held at Zhejiang Great Hall of the People on 15^th June, presenting 301 Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Awards (2020) and awarding county- and city-level “Scientific and Technological Innovation Ding” for the first time. 173 innovation programs on the winner list are from Hangzhou, occupying 57.5% of all award-winning programs. Moreover, Hangzhou is among the first batch of excellent cities winning “Scientific and Technological Innovation Ding” in Zhejiang Province.
