Hangzhou’s “digital intelligence” online commercial mediation mode is rated as the “Best Practice Case” of service trade innovative development pilot by the State Council.

It is the third time for Hangzhou to be approved as the pilot for service trade innovative development since 2016. Totally 7 cases have been selected as the “Best Practice”—with the most number in China. Centering on the decisions and arrangements of Zhejiang’s digital reform and Hangzhou’s requirement for “crucial year of digital intelligence”, Hangzhou continues to carve out with pioneering by undertaking the development mission of exploration and expansion. Thus Hangzhou offers a “Practice of Hangzhou” for the reference of other sister cities in China.
