Many tourists visited the West Lake yesterday in the rain. Affected by warm moist air after two sunny days, rain started to rule Hangzhou from south to north. Observatories in Chun’an, Fuyang, Xiaoshan, Lin’an and Yuhang released blue early warning signal for storm successively.
