Hangzhou’s latest traffic brightening plan involves more than 60 city roads and 15 dark zones on the elevated roads and overpasses. The whole project will basically finish by the end of November. The average illuminance will increase by at least 30% to guarantee the safety of drivers and pedestrians at night.
