In the past we can only search for those responsible by visiting and checking surveillance video, which wasted much time and labor force yet seldom worked out. Nanxing Community of Shangcheng District has recently launched a comprehensive application platform named “Happy Life in Nanxing & Digital and Smart Governance”. It can detect high-rise littering within five seconds, which helps to lock the one responsible as soon as possible.
